Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP)

We stock 6"-60" Round Galvanized CMP & 15"-30" Arched Galvanized CMP.

Galvanized GMP is the most common and cost effective steel material. However, its durability is limited in corrosive soils. Asphalt coating extends the life of GMP, but is antiquated. Better technology such as Aluminized Type II and Polymer Coated Steel offer design life up to 100 years at a nominal price increase.

CMP is typically provided with traditional 2 2/3" x 1/2" or 3" x 1" corrugations. However, for storm sewer usage where a Manning’s “n” = 0.013 is required, a smooth wall spiral rib corrugation is available.
